Sembra fantascienza, ma con ogni probabilità si tratta di avvenimenti reali. Il fenomeno è di quelli che dovrebbe sconvolgere chiunque, ma invece non fa affatto “notizia”: ci sono nel mondo, in migliaia di casi negli Stati Uniti, e in Italia, persone che sostengono di subire tortura tecnologica.
In altre parole essi denunciano di subire degli attacchi a distanza, di sentire voci e di essere influenzati nella loro vita quotidiana. Le persone o agenti che praticano questi atti, lavorando in gruppo, sono chiamati stalker, termine utilizzato in numerosi siti negli Stati Uniti, che propagandano queste “attività” nelle quali sarebbero coinvolti anche minorenni..
Sono dei pazzi coloro che denunciano di essere vittime di questi strumenti ? Noi crediamo di no e stiamo lavorando a questo dossier per dargli, almeno, lo spazio che altrove non hanno trovato e per veicolare le loro ragioni.
I progetti CIA e le ammissioni di Clinton
Cominciamo col dire che è ormai “pubblicamente noto” (le virgolette sottolineano la ristrettezza del pubblico) che, dopo gli esperimenti particolari su esseri umani nei campi di concentramento nazisti, dagli anni ’40 la CIA e anche il Kgb hanno iniziato esperimenti di controllo mentale via radio, e dagli anni ’80 la CIA ha dato vita ad un progetto relativo ad MK-Ultra che sperimenta la possibilità di controllo celebrale, con microspie sottocutanee, su animali ed esseri umani. Per altro la CIA ha assunto numerosi nazisti subito dopo la seconda guerra mondiale. Il Congresso americano, nel 1972 e nel ’74, ha iniziato a ricevere proposte di utilizzo del controllo mentale su larga scala con sistemi sottocutanei, in particolare da Burton e José Delgado, che oggi vive in
Spagna. A Milano inoltre sarebbe transitato nel 1974 il notissimo criminale di guerra Mengele, all’epoca ancora vivo. I primi detenuti a fare da cavia per questi esperimenti ufficialmente si sostiene siano stati sottoposti a queste ricerche dal 1990, in realtà parrebbe che già dall’inizio degli anni ’80 ciò fosse già attuato. Si parla di esperimenti iniziati in Svezia alla metà degli anni ’80 e negli Stati Uniti tra la fine degli anni ’80 e l’inizio dei ’90. A ciò ha dato spazio anche la tv, sia pure raramente, con i programmi Stargate del 4-5-2003 su LA7 e La storia siamo noi del 14-12-2003 su RAI3; in particolare la prima trasmissione ha parlato dell’uso di questi strumenti sul nazista americano responsabile della strage di Okhlaoma, McVeigh, mentre nella seconda si è parlato anche del trattamento cui fu sottoposta Patricia Hearst, figlia di un miliardario americano, sequestrata, dai “simbionisti”. Non solo: l’ex presidente degli Stati Uniti d’America Clinton, nel
1995, dopo le proteste del Comitato dei sopravvissuti degli esperimenti di controllo mentale su esseri umani ha chiesto pubblicamente scusa al paese ed alle vittime di questi esperimenti, affermando che non se ne sarebbe più fatto uso. Ma Dorigo in un’intervista al Corriere Romagna del 14 aprile 2006 riferisce che da sue fonti ha appreso che a Torino, alcuni fisiopatologi sarebbero andati a fare questi esperimenti negli USA su detenuti sin dal 1995, riferendone agli studenti.
Tuttavia nonostante si interessino ai detenuti americani, Nessuno tocchi Caino, associazione gestita dai Radicali ove lavorano terroristi neri in semilibertà, non ha mai prodotto alcuna documentazione su queste cose.
